INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp lower sugar craisins
1 Tbsp Earth Balance no-soy buttery spread
1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Melt buttery spread in skillet. Add craisins and cook 2-3 minutes. Add other ingredients. Cook, covered, on low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
