INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked turkey, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seed kernels
1/2 cup craisins
2 small apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup soy-free Veganaisen
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Salt to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce or in sandwiches.
